January 8, 2008 ~ Roundup & Billings MT

Today was Audrey's birthday! After oepning gifts at home, Rog and I took Mom & Louie into Billings for dinner and a movie. We all enjoyed watching "National Treasure 2" and had a tasty meal at the Outback Steakhouse.

Earlier in the day, I took some shots of this wonderful old Chevrolet that's parked across the alley from Audrey's yard/driveway. The color is perfect - 50's turquoise - and even rusted, the chrome on this car is fantastic! How I would love to drive around in a restored version of this car...

I also took some photos of the various collectibles that were amongst the storage items Audrey brought back. She has a ton of stuff - what you see here is just a small portion!

Collectible Casserole

This blue china set once belonged to my mother; Audrey bought it from my Dad back in 1995. I have the matching gravy boat at home.

Some of Audrey's depression-era glassware. These are displayed in her Hoosier cabinet
